  I understand the new policies in place concerning financial responsibilities of the patients. The staff and doctors have to deal with the changes often pertaining to compensation of services provided. When my family is turned away from a doctor's visit, due to a balance that needs paid before my family is seen is an issue that does not put this business or the medical field in a good light. I can understand if the bill was $1000 or $500 due, but when I'm told that my $243.96 bill needs to be paid before further services are given is an issue. I was informed, whether a $20 or $243.96 balance is due, no future service is given. Fair enough, thank you Northwest Family Physicians for showing your work practices to me and my family early so that I may look to more customer friendly accommodations else where. ALSO.... THIS CURRENT BILL DUE IS ONE MONTH OLD... NOT SIX OR MORE MONTHS, ONE MONTH. I PAID YOU TODAY AND NOW OFF TO FIND A NEW FAMILY DOCTOR. ****New patients.... please don't not get sick in back to back months. This establishment will keep you sick this month because you did not pay last month's $243.96 bill.
