- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am a working mother and I drove 20 minutes to get my son here for a doctors appointment. I tried calling ahead to let them know I would be 10 minutes late for my appointment, but I was on hold at a main call center for the same amount of time. Once arriving and almost completing checkin, I was informed that my son would not be seen. I completely understand about timelines, but I'm almost sure your patients have had to wait +/- a few minutes once in an exam room. Not a great first impression of customer service, disappointing visit, and my family will not be returning.January 07, 2017by Tylease Robinson
